Adverting to the support affidavit, more particularly paragraph 3 thereat, Mr.Maruthi Raj, learned counsel for petitioner submits that 'Corona pandemic and consequent lockdown' which is collectively referred to as 'Covid-19 situation' is the reason qua delay.
