No. 59685/E3(2)/2017 dated 08.08.2017 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to post the Petitioner as Assistant Professor in the Specialty Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai - 600 003, based on Civil Medical List Seniority, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in L.Dis. No. 59685/E3(2)/2017 dated 08.08.2017 issued by the Second Respondent and to consequently direct the Respondents to post the Petitioner as Assistant Professor in the Specialty Department of Conservative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dentistry and Endodontics in Tamil Nadu Government Dental College and Hospital, Chennai based on the civil medical list seniority within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the relief as sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition has been granted by the Respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
