JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ petitioner is the appellant. The relief sought in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 in the writ petition to conduct enquiry and take criminal action against the person involved in registration of sale deed dated 18.02.2005 registered as a Documents No.2124 of 2005, on the file of the third respondent, consequently, directing the respondent to cancel the sale deed dated 18.02.2005 registered as Documents No.2124 of 2005. 2.The writ court has considered the issue and relegated the appellant to competent civil court. In paragraph No.6 of the writ order impugned, liberty has been granted to the appellant to institute appropriate suit against the other legal heirs and the fourth respondent in the manner known to law.

3/4 3.In view of the said findings in the writ order impugned, the appellant has to redress her grievance by approaching the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
