This Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.458 of 2024 for offence under Section 318(4) of BNSS Act on the file of the 1 st respondent / B-4, Sevapet Police Station (Crime), Sevapet, Tiruvallur District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. The allegation in the FIR clearly indicates that the petitioner induced the defacto complainant to part with some amount on the promise of securing job to her daughter. The entire allegations are with regard to the job racketing.
