This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Public Prosecutor has submitted that only for enquiry purpose in C.S.R.No.728 of 2019, the petitioner was called. But, now the said complaint has been closed and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

3. Recording the abovesaid submissions, the petition is closed.
