Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2601/Aa4/2017 dated 31.05.2017 served on me on 06.10.2017 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultravires and consequently directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T.Asst. (Science) with effect from 20.08.2016.
