Crl.M.P.No.714 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28424 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28424 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
