This petition has been filed to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner before the learned Magistrate III, Puducherry for a period of two weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 08.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
