ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for putting up a compound wall in Survey No.484/5B measuring to an extent of 27.5 cents, situated at No.79, Pazanthandalam, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District based on petitioner representation dated 16.08.2025.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he had filed a suit in O.S.No.385 of 2008 before the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur, for possession of the subject property and the same was delivered in E.P.No.38 of 2011. This Court also by order dated 05.03.2025 in W.P.No.7342 of 2025 had directed the revenue authorities to conduct survey in the subject property for demarcation of boundaries. Now survey has been conducted and fencing has to be done, which is obstructed by third parties. Hence, he seeks police protection.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, if any such application has been given by the petitioner, let the respondents police take necessary action as per law against the third parties. 2/4
