When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as on date, this petitioner is not implicated as an accused in this case and there is no petition is pending as against him, however, his presence is necessary for the investigation.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed, however, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for investigation.
