This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24425 of 2023 wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Kallakurichi District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the District Revenue Officer, Kallakurichi District, on or before 15.12.2023.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
