The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.1715 of 2012 dated 30.06.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1715 of 2012 dated 30.06.2023 has been complied with by the second respondent vide Ref.No.2211/E2/3/2021 dated 17.02.2024, subject to the outcome of the writ appeal .
