This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23155 of 2024 by an order dated 20.09.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report by way of e-filing before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23155 of 2024 on 22.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
