This application is filed to raise the order of attachment made in A.No.782 of 2024 in C.S.No.27 of 2024, vide order dated 18.04.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for applicants/1 and 2 defendants states that the order of Attachment Before Judgment(ABJ) dated 18.04.2024 was challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in O.S.A.No.178 of 2024. The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.10.2024 has allowed the appeal partly and directed the applicants/defendants 1 and 2 to furnish Bank Guarantee(BG) to the tune of Rs.57,15,000/-within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of that judgement. The applicant has furnished Bank Guarantee as directed by the Court. Hence, in view of the compliance of the above said condition, the order of attachment shall be lifted.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that pursuant to the modified order passed by the Division Bench, the applicants have furnished the bank guarantee on 07.11.2024 and the records are with the Assistant Registrar(O.S-II), High Court, Madras.

4. The factum of furnishing the bank guarantee is acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff.

5. In the said circumstances, the order of attachment dated 18.04.2024 passed by this Court is hereby lifted. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
