This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Siva Kanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24377 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
