O R D E R

Based on the complaint given by one Chandrasekar Rao, this petitioner was called for enquiry by the respondent police. Though there is a civil suit already pending and status quo ordered in their favour, police is unnecessarily calling him for enquiry and harassing.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, specific complaint of trespass and intimidation received by the police and taken up for enquiry. Petitioner instead of participating in the enquiry and producing the documents has filed this petitioner as if he is harassed by the Police.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and produce all the 2/4

documents available with him to prove his possession and enjoyment. If the issue is purely civil in nature, police shall not interfere in this matter.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
