This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24796 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 6.00p.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.8(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24796 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent as when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
