This application has been filed to accept the said sum of Rs.25,000/- paid by way of e-Court Fee (vide Receipt No.TNCT2930D2236N432) dated 29.04.2022 to the account of O.P.D.No.48940 of 2022 so as to accept the same as Succession Duty.

2. The necessary Court Fees for Petition seeking Succession Certificate has to be paid by way of challan before the Reserve Bank of India.

3. The petitioner had paid the amount by way of E-Court Fees. Still it is tender to the Government. The petitioner had produced the receipt for the same.

4. The Court Fees paid by way of E-Court Fees of Rs.25,000/- may be accepted by the Registry.

5. Hence, this application stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the above Original Petition in O.P.DR.No.48940 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
