This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.146 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the offence had been registered only under "Man missing". The investigation is yet to commence.

3.In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
