No.1104 of 2019:- Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of Interim Injunction restraining the Respondents 3 to 7 and or their men, agents, servants, or any other persons claiming under through them in any manner proceeding further with the election process or conducting the election of the first respondent association on 22.12.2019 or any other date pending disposal of the above suit. A. No.9526 of 2019:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass interim order to appoint a retired Hon'ble Judge of the High Court of Madras as a Chairman to conduct and preside over the Election of the first respondent office bearers for the period of 2019-2021 in accordance with the bye-laws of the first respondent association in the common place with CCTV footage pending disposal of the above suit.

These applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following Order:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the respective parties that the election was conducted pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2019 in O.A.No.1104 of 2019 and that the Observer has also submitted a report. Pursuant thereto, the remuneration of the Observer was also paid in full. Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication in these applications.

2. As a result, both these applications are closed.

3. Both the learned counsel request that the suit may be referred to the Lok Adalat so as to conclude the settlement. The Registry is directed to refer the matter before the regular Lok Adalat.
