N.CHANDRAKUMAR [RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, his men or agents or servants or anybody acting under him from interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property viz.,Old Door No.40-B, New Door No.18, Kannaiya Chetti Thottam, Peravallur, Chennai -82 which is morefully mentioned hereunder,(in CMP.No.26907/2019)and (ii)to grant an order of interim stay of operation of the decree passed in O.S.No.6501 of 2014 on the 13.09.2019 by the VI Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai,(in CMP.No.26925/2019) pending disposal of the above AS.Nos.889 & 890/2019 respectively.
Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VEERAPATHIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.Y.BHUVANESHKUMAR, Advocate for the respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These miscellaneous petitions were filed in the year 2019. Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 17.12.2019. Thereafter, these matters have been kept pending till this date, without any interim order.
