This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24420 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in the order dated 14.10.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai, on the 1st working day of December 2024 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the Sessions Judge.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
