This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20005 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court weekly once, ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the framing of the charge sheet and thereafter, during the court hearing dates.
