This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition in para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20097 of 2024 by order dated 04.09.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 57 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20097 of 2024 on 04.09.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
