This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14760 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18512 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
