Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents, their men, agents, servants, subordinates or any officer or officers authorized by them from issuing backing down instructions to the petitioner's Solar Power Plant in H.T.Sc.No.270, Chithanayakanpatti Village, Vilathikuklam Taluk, Tuticorin District and direct the respondents to avail the Solar power generated by the petitioner from the said plant and pay the price for the same in terms of the energy purchase agreement dated 05.03.2015. O R D ER The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents, their men, agents, servants, subordinates or any officer or officers authorized by them from issuing backing down instructions to the petitioner's Solar Power Plant in H.T.Sc.No.270, Chithanayakanpatti Village, Vilathikuklam Taluk, Tuticorin District and direct the respondents to avail the Solar power generated by the petitioner from the said plant and pay the price for the same in terms of the energy purchase agreement dated 05.03.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 17.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
