The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions.

2. The reason is that the condition was imposed that the petitioners should appear every Saturday before the respondent till the filing of charge sheet. They have not appeared after 11.11.2023. It is only for that reason that the petitioners seek withdrawal since the charge sheet has been filed.

The condition is now imposed to all the petitioners may appear before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Every Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

4. With the above observation, these Petitions stand dismissed.
