When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the contempt petitioner informs the court that the order of this court passed in CRP (NPD) No.1054 of 2007 dated 16.07.2013 has been complied with, and possession has been handed over to the petitioner. The same is recorded and the contempt petition is closed.
