2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the above said order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent herein on 14.11.2023.
