Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.This application has been filed seeking to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25915 of 2023 and in the consequential order dated 15.11.2023 from Kumaresan to Kumaradevan.K.

3.Amendment petition stands allowed. Registry may carry out the necessary amendment both in the petition in Crl.OP.No.25915 of 2023 and also in the order granting anticipatory bail dated 15.11.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Time is extended for producing sureties till 15.12.2023.
