These petitions are filed to (i) to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3 rd respondent, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3 rd respondent in the above appeal and (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondent herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3 rd respondent in the above and rank them as respondents 15 to 17 in the above appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all the petitions are allowed.
