This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.92 of 2019, on the file of Inspector of Police, Moolanur Police Station, Tiruppur District and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 16.05.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram vide FIR No.23/19, but so far, the case was not taken on file.

3. According to the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram is directed to verify, if the charge sheet is filed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.05.2019, he should take the case on file without unnecessary delay.
