Crl.M.P.No.20235 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.20235 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23456 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23456 of 2022 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners did not comply the conditions imposed on them by order dated 27.09.2022.

3. In view of the above submission and also considering the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
