Heard Mr.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the nomenclature of "Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited" has been changed as "SPML Infra Limited" after duly certified by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.

On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
