This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30176 of 2022 vide order dated 08.12.2022 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.523 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the said condition is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.523 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
