ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.424 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before learned Judicial Magistrate, Senji.

3. In view of the filing of the final report, this Court cannot quash the First Information Report in Crime No.424 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
