(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants seeking to clarify the judgment dated 24.08.2023 passed in W.A.No.2220 of 2023.

2. However, when the matter was taken up for consideration today, it was fairly reported by Mr.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners/appellants that pursuant to the judgment dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Bench in W.A.No.2220 of 2023, the 3rd respondent has passed an order dated 29.09.2023. He also submitted a copy of the said order for the perusal of this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, no further clarification is required and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands closed.
