03.10.2023 and 12.10.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 13.10.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again called at 11.30 A.M., none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
