(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.G.R.Sreemagal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Ms.Shanmugavalli Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. The petitioner is challenging the quarrying permission issued by the second respondent on the subject property.

3. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that as on date, no quarrying activity is carried on the subject property.

4. In the light of the said statement, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition as such is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.35154 and 35155 of 2019 are closed.
