This transfer petition seeks for withdrawal of M.C.No.18 of 2024 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvarur.

2. Maintenance case being a proceeding under the Criminal Procedure Code, I am afraid, an application under Section 24 of CPC would not be maintainable.

3. Mr.S.Ilambharathi seeks permission to withdraw and move this Court on its criminal jurisdiction.
