ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to disconnect the 2HP electricity connection for the well in the Petitioners land in S.C. No. 129002262 TF IV 5 HP in S.No. 144/1A, (New S.No. 144/1A3) at Alamelupuram Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2023 was already rejected by the respondent vide order dated 17.07.2023. Hence, he requests this Court for dismissal of this petition.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the 5th respondent had brought to the knowledge of this Court with regard to the civil suit, filed with regard to

the title of the subject property, in OS.No.138 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court, Pappireddipatti District.

4. In view of the above, it is clear that unless and otherwise the issue with regard to the title of the subject property is decided, the representation of the petitioner cannot be entertained by the respondent. Hence, it was rightly rejected by the respondents vide order dated 17.07.2023.

5. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed. No cost.
