This writ petition has been filed challenging the online orders of the Page 1/4
respondent dated NIL in Application Number TN-520231004950 and Application Number TN-5202310042543 and direct the respondent to issue "Kurumans" Scheduled Tribe Community Certificates to the petitioner's children viz., K.S.Kavinesh and K.S.Siddhesh within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would state that the community certificate had been issued to the petitioner as prayed for in this writ petition.
3. The aforesaid statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
