This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the RCA.No.50 of 2023 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. Page 1 / 4

2. The petitioner has filed eviction petition in RCOP.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif, Coimbatore and the same was ordered vide order dated 26.07.2023. The legal heirs of the deceased Ravikumar filed appeal in RCA.No.50 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore. The grievance of the petitioner is that as the rent control proceedings are pending from the year 2018 and now the appeal is filed and the same is pending, thus, he is not able to enforce the decree. Hence, seeks a direction for early disposal of the above RCA.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the appeal in RCA.No.50 of 2023 expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
