Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed in C.M.P.No.59/Black Marketer /2024/(M1), dated on 19.10.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent and set aside the same and directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's son by name Thiru. Ranjith Kumar Son of Rajendran aged about 24 years, before this Court now confined in Central Prison, Salem, and set him at Liberty.
