Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order bearing Rc.No./Admn/2023-24/23/A1 dated 01.11.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and subsequently directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to go on voluntary retirement and to settle all the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 01.11.2023 and subsequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to go on voluntary retirement and to settle all the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that resignation letter of the petitioner dated 06.06.2023 was accepted by the respondents and she was allowed to retire from service with effect from 06.06.2023.
