O R D E R

The petitioner and the respondent married each other on 17.02.2016. From the wedlock, a child was born on 12.08.2017. Thereafter, the parties developed matrimonial differences and are before the Court in H.M.O.P.No.249 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court at Thiruvotriyur.

2. The petitioner wife is a permanent resident of New Perungalathur which is closer to the Subordinate Court at Tambaram than the Subordinate Court at Thiruvotriyur. Hence the present petition.

3. Taking into consideration the petitioner is taking care of the child who is about 6 years old and that she would find it difficult to travel from Perungalathur to Thiruvotriyur, I am inclined to allow the transfer petition.

4. Accordingly, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.249 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruvotriyur and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram. The Tr.C.M.P. stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
