ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2017. 2.It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's earlier representation dated 23.09.2014 was considered and disposed of by the respondent by enhancing the compensation. However, it is asserted that the order was not communicated yet. 3.Having regarding to the limited scope of the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner-s representation, is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.06.2017 and to dispose of the same. 4.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.06.2017 in the manner known to law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent may also pass an order after recording facts and serve the copy of the previous order by which the representation of the petitioner was considered.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
