ORDER
The petitioner who has alleged to have invested in a money circulation business, now had lodged a complaint against five persons 1/4
and the same has been registered in Crime No.162 of 2023 on 01.07.2023 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 506(i) r/w 120B IPC. The present petition is filed to expedite the investigation and to file final report within the time prescribed.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein CBCID has registered the above said FIR and case is under investigation. One of the accused was arrested and later released on bail, rest of the accused have appeared before the Investigation Officer for investigation and investigation is underway. Since there are several facts and documents which has to be tested about the genuineness, it requires sufficient time to complete the investigation.
3. Recording the same, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Investigation Officer to expedite the investigation and complete it within a reasonable time.
