The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif, Tambaram, to dispose of O.S.No.39 of 2012, pending on its file. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Pursuant to my order dated 18.06.2025, the District Munsif, Tambaram, has forwarded his report, seeking for six months time to dispose of O.S.No.39 of 2012.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. In view of the above, the District Munsif, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.39 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously, at any rate on or before 31.12.2025. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
