This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti, Cuddalore District, to dispose of the case in E.P.No.56 of 2023.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had obtained decree in O.S.No.454 of 2020 based on the agreement dated 13.05.2019. Now, the the present petition has been filed seeking for speedy disposal of the execution petition filed in E.P.No.56 of 2023. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Subordinate Judge, Panruti, Cuddalore District is directed to dispose of the execution proceeding in E.P.No.56 of 2023, without going into the merits of the case, as expeditiously as possible, as per law.
